Unfoubtedly Dr. Vinod Paul is a Doctor in true sense. He listens to the problem patiently and provides treatment with extreme care. Both my wife and I have got our dental treatment for various issues several times.

It has always been an excellent experience to have received dental treatment from him. Even in this pandemic situation when it is difficult to visit the clinic, he checked and provided medical advice through video call in the wee hours as I was suffering from severe toothache on 30th September, 2020. I am really grateful to him.

Explained the issues really well to me and also cleared further procedure before doing it

Dr Vinod as a dental officer is full of warmth and has caring attitude towards his patients. He , on many occasions, has helped me and my son with timely and definitive dental treatment and whenever the referral to the empanelled facility necessitated, he was again helpful in zeroing in on a gud one. Hello sir, my mother Dinesh pratap has been your patient and on her behalf I am giving the feedback. Sir my mother was referred to ITS dental hosp for her cap related dental procedure. After some time the cap automatically came out but when my mother again went to ITS they didn't attached the cap again saying , the whole teeth needs to taken out, then it was you who stopped my mother from doing that and advised that you can attach the cap and you took great initiative and attached the cap successfully. I was under treatment by refferal from ECHS hindon at Narinder Mohan hospital. My RCT was going on and lockdown satrted my treatment was help up. During lock down period one day my teeth was having severe pain,I tried to contact the same Dr who was treating me. But he didn't pick up the phone.

Than I rang up to Dr Vinod k Paul he prescribed me the medicine on wattsup. After Lock down I went to ECHS Dr Vinod k Paul reffered me again to another Dental hospital where my treatment is still going on.

Dr Vinod k Paul is excellent in his profession. His behaviors, way of talking is excellent.

I was put on bridge for my missing teath by some empanneled faculty.it was done but there was some pblm while landing jaws.i reported 2-3 times to that faculty bit nothing could not improve my situation. Then I reported to u sir. It took five minutes.again there was another problem in my same ect teeth which was done while putting bridge.i again reported to u again it took two sitting of ten ten mnts .I m ok since then I realy appreciate ur professionalism.

1. In my personal opinion your behavior towards patients is appreciable. This is first and most important part of being a good human being and a good professional doctor.

2. Once a patient goes to a Doctor, he has some common questions in his mind specially at ECHS like whether doctor will treat themselves or he may refer outside private hospital. Being a pensioner of defence force, we have more faith on our medical establishment.
